Break Me Off A Piece Of That Kit Kat

I've been to the Kit Kat a few times. Its definitely more like a novelty burlesque show than a vegas style strip club. In my experience its a cool place to hang out and have a drink, right in the center of downtown Portland, across the street from Dante's.

There are two main stages. The main stage is circular with seating around it. The other is tucked away in the back corner. In general, the club has a more rustic feel, more like a bar. Its generally slow before about 7pm. After 9pm it can get crowded. I think they do actual themed shows at 11pm and 1am. Sometimes it can be hard to find a seat. The crowd seems to be more like tourists that wandered in.

The girls are typically pierced and tattoo'd. I think that's kind of a theme for this club. It seems like they go for more of a suicide girl / pinup model type. Regardless, there are some great looking women in this place.
