Back during our spring break, my wife and I had gone to Sapphire less than a week prior for her first SC experience and we had a pretty good time getting hands-on couples dances and watching the pole. She decided she wanted a second experience and wanted to go to a back room, so we hit up Palomino.
She and I liked that prices were posted, and pretty early on a couple middle-aged blondes offered to give us a tour of the place. The tour ended up in a back room with the blondes suggesting that pretty much anything was on the table in the room and back at our place. My wife would have gone forward, but I sensed some hesitation and I just wasn't really into these girls, or (contrary to Sapphire) really nearly any girls I saw that night. I politely declined, thanked the ladies for their time, and handed each a $5.
We got a few couples dances on the floor and ultimately accepted an offer from a girl we liked to go in the back and had a good experience. I appreciated that the dancer did her best to make my wife feel comfortable.
