Friday July 5th

I visited onyx of Friday the 5th. I arrived around midnight and there was still plenty of free parking available in the lot outside of the club (they eventually start to charge for parking at a certain point on the weekends). This was my first visit here since a fatal shooting in the parking lot few months back and I didn’t notice any changes in security. It was the same trip through a metal detector and thorough pat down outside of the club before entry. Once inside I paid a $10 cover and received a ticket for a free shot (I think this was a one time deal for the holiday weekend).

I went to my usual spot at the smaller secondary bar off to the left when you first walk in the club (this 2nd bar is normally only open on the weekends, they keep it sectioned off during the week from what I’m told). I grabbed one of the few available seats and ordered a shot of cognac for $8. Things were pretty slow at first. A lot of the dancers were just arriving. Some of them came to the bar where I was sitting still dressed in their street clothes for a drink. I spoke to a couple of them who remembered me from previous visits. Some of the girls who were in uniform just hung out with customers at their tables smoking hookah. The stage shows didn’t really get going until about 1:30. Once things got rolling I would estimate that there were about 25 girls out on the floor. Most of them were AA and I would guess that about half of them have had some type of surgical enhancement. Overall the talent averaged a 6 or 7 with a couple that stood out from the rest.

I stayed posted up in my corner at the bar and periodically I would get dances right at the bar when the dancers came over for a drink. I wasn’t offered any private dances this trip, but I was ok with that. I just tipped singles to the girls that danced for me in my corner. Some of them took their time and put on a nice show right at the bar complete with stick shifting two way contact and a nice grind and in some cases nipple sucking. I bought drinks for a couple of the dancers who put on the best show.
