Just Not my Day

I’ll skip the review of surroundings and club as has been well reviewed already. Will say the bartender was very pleasant and gave a decent pour of wine and later vodka. Had not been to oasis in quite awhile, but decided to give it a try hearing some of the ex playhouse Brazilians were dancing here.

Overall, one of those really frustrating afternoons where you zoom in on two to three dancers, but everybody but them asks you (repeatedly) for a dance!

Two or 3 of the Brazilians were there, but for some reason they mainly sat on other side of the bar by themselves occasionally going with a regular. There was a cute Asian spinner think named something like Beauty that was just my type, but she had a number of regulars and could not get her attention. She was quite popular. Mercedes must have given me 3 back rubs along with the handshake, but not my type at all from a looks standpoint and a little over aggressive/persistent. 3-4 drinks later and realizing my targets were not going to happen this afternoon, called it a day.

I may give it another shot based on some of the other reviews and hope my luck is better. Never thought of this as a regulars place in the past, but really came across that way this visit - at least with the quality in the room.
