Was on a Block crawl and decided to end the night at The Circus. There were a couple of lookers there, some much older dancers. There wasn't too much of a push for VIP, but I've read that can be different depending on the bar tender.
The layout of the main floor is larger than most of the block clubs with the bar and the sage in the center and the seating area wrapping around the area. There lap dance area is out in the open, in the back. Drinks are standard for The Block, $25 for dancer's drinks, $80-$110 for the lap dance area. I've never done their VIP.
