I found myself down near the airport on a weekday afternoon and decided to check in at Oasis to see if the Playhouse refugees were working and see if they have any information besides what is on the internet chats.
As with most day visits to Oasis, the bar was sparsely populated with PLs and had a smattering of disinterested dancers going through the motions on stage. My day improved quite a bit when the young spinner Barbie made her way to the stage and I soon forgot about looking for missing brazillians. Before Barbie was done with her second song though I was joined barside by PH Lena. Funny enough she was pumping me for information about what was going on at PH - i.e. was it true that there were no extras available. Pretty funny, but I had to admit that I hadn't been back since the lawsuit nonsense started.
Lena was very upfront about what could and couldn't happen in the various dance locations and we ended up in the 15 minute room for a very typical PH dance experience. I thought it was funny while we were on our way back for the dance she wanted to show the manager that I was another customer she brought down from the playhouse...
