This club is obviously hurt by the rules in San Diego (which it cannot control), but this is still a pretty bad club and cannot be given a good review. It boggles the mind that a club could charge $20 for a lap dance where the girl does not take off any clothes before climbing into your lap. It boggles the mind even more that you have to agree to a minimum of 5 dances ($100) upfront in order to enjoy these lame bikini dances. Yes, the girls get naked on stage, but so what? The patrons are at least 5-10 feet away. And then there's the annoying "did you see me on stage? How about a tip?" that happens all the time. One of the worst bang for the buck places around. I give it a 3 only because some of girls try to do mild (very mild) stick shifting during their lame bikini dances, but it is so mild, you might not get any cheap thrills out of it. Most of the girls allow touching, but again, its just touching a girl in a bra and panties, so it aint great.
