Scarlett is a Gem if you know what you are getting into. It is not a chicken club with great indoors but serves the purpose of high mileage lap dances and if possible some extras !
Place is very small and not so great part of Ybor. But it did not feel unsafe at any times !
Coming to the dancers , most of them are latinos which IAM guessing are mostly Cuban. Dances are decent and seems rushed but you can always negotiate for extras with as easy as 100 for an upgrade if you are already paid a dancer for 3 or 4 songs.
Not all girls are great looking and the good ones are always busy. So better of coming earlierbthan midnight .
If you want to just look at girls , better off going to mons but if you are looking for privacy or more touching /extras this is the best in the area !
