$2 Tuesdays

I went to DT Cabaret last Tuesday for both the scenery and the $2 well drinks.

I like to park at a 2nd Ave meter and walk. No parking 4-6 but I was there around 3 and only had a about an hour to spare. You walk up the stairs and are greeted by a big guy at the door. He cards you and you pay at the desk (although no cover on the day shift). Takes a minute for your eyes to adjust. This place feels very safe.

As you walk in, there are the ATM and restrooms to the left, then a small bar. At the far end is the main stage and far right is bottle service seating. In the middle is seating (small rolly chairs with armrests). In the back is a second stage that they only use at night. On this visit I sat at the bar. The drinks are small and it's easier to get refills quickly up there. The only bummer about the bar is that there is a pillar that blocks the stage view. They also have a couple of big TVs there.
