Worth a Second Look

I planned a trip to Lil Darlings this evening and since they don't serve alcohol I usually stop by the Rhino for a couple of drinks and to chat with their beautiful dancers. But after reading a review of Treasures, I decided to give it a try instead of SR. The club itself is top shelf - one of the nicest clubs I have seen, both inside and out. The management and staff were exceptionally friendly.

I arrived at about 7:45. The valet took my car keys and after a quick search with the metal detector I made my way inside. The hostess waived the cover since it was before 8pm and I drove myself to the club. Apparently they have someone escort you in and give you a seat, but the person they paged didn't respond. A minute later, the manager came out and introduced himself. He took me in and got me a good table near the main stage. The club is huge, but there were only a handful of girls at that hour so it made the club look desolate. The furnishing were top notch. I ordered a bourbon and was soon joined by a dancer that had a nice body, but didn't make my cut line. After a half hour, I had finished two drinks and decided to head out to Lil Darlings. As you will see in my review of that club it was a total waste.

I feel like it was too early in the evening to really get a good feel for what the club was like, so I thought I would stop back by around midnight. Hopefully the number and quality of dancers would be better at that time. I asked the manager if I could get back in later without a cover charge and he said of course and gave me his card. Told me to call if I had any issues getting in. Unfortunately, for them, I got tied up at the Palomino until 2am and never made it back.
