Rio is what it's always been, as least concerning the times I've been there. Some girls are significantly more fun than others. The talent level varies wildly from visit to visit. It seems like one or two girls set the mood for the club. If they're into being there, it can be fun, if not there's a lot of standing around chatting with each other.
