Wrong time of the evening?

On a whim, decided to stop in here again and see if things had changed. After parking, I went inside and did the usual of showing ID and paying cover. The bouncer doing the sanding was anything but professional and courteous. Even the door person was rather sour, and should have been my red flags going in.

I get inside, the club is still laid out as it always was: tables and chairs spread about with the stage being in front and a rather simplistic design. Waitress made rounds, but never stopped at my table. So, went I the bar to get a drink: $7.25 plus tip for a rather strong whiskey and cola. Sat back down and looked around, several dancers were clustered with a group, never making an attempt to move when others were sitting alone. One black gal sat on her own at the bar, never moved. Another dancer came in about 20 minutes or so after I arrived, got dressed, and again - never made a move to talk to anyone.

I can’t really offer much else - never received quotes on dances, nor ever got a chance to talk to anyone outside of the bartender who was rather rude as well. After finishing my drink, and 40 minutes of watching the baseball game - I got up and walked back out. Maybe it picks up after midnight? But it was going on 11pm then, and nothing to show for it.
