Cloud 9 at Lido

Walked into Lido at 430pm on a Wed. First visit here. The bar is kind odd shaped in that I ended up in a small nook of seats on one side facing across the well toward a longer stretch of bar. Over there it was clearly full of local regulars. I noticed a very tall blonde small up top looked like she probably played volleyball at some point. But she was was talking with three guys all older locals.

There were maybe 8 girls working the stage area was empty, everyone was at the bar.

My first beer was 2 dollars off and eyeing the place for 15mins I thought about leaving as there wasn't much going on. A short thin blonde sat down next to me. I almost sent her away when she made a remark about how overdressed I was (I had come from a client's office and yes. The dress shirt and slacks I had on stood out big time in this place during the day.) I thought she might be either drunk or out of it but it was clear she just misfired on a bad dancer pickup line as we ended up having some fun flirty banter back and forth. Bought her a drink for four bucks and then another. She had nice c's and a flat tummy and kept brushing the inside of my thigh while we talked. She held eye contact when we talked and was fun to hang out with. It was nice not to be rushed into dances really fast and felt like we were just meeting at a bar.

I had dinner plans for work so I finally brought up dances. She said 20 each and took me to the side area. As you all know no private rooms here. A beaded type door leads to two benches facing each other.

Not ideal but... No one was in there so that was a plus. During busy times it could be like mons elbow to elbow.
