Diamonds in the Rough

Arrived on a Friday night around 10:30 in a group . Paid the customary $52 cover because we didn't take the free limo service. At first there were plenty of girls walking around. Was initially accosted by thin latina with great body, had great $20 dance on the floor, but i never take girls with thigh or back tats to VIP - just not my taste and max out at an ankle - this is rhino vegas after all not your local club and while I love the diversity I hate the large tats. Found a pretty thin canadian blond who was both intelligent and friendly and no tats (that I could see). After spending about 15 mins speaking with her and 1 floor dance, did the 15 min $100 VIP which also requires $45 in drinks. great dance, no pressure for tipping from anyone, all around great. decided to head back to floor after that and see what else was on tap. had several more floor dances from an assortment of eastern europeans and an aggressive asian - but even though the $20 floor dances were great - nothing really motivated me for VIP. brushed off at least 2 or 3 more aggressive girls and flat out said no thanks. also - some not so hot older girls by the bar. there was a lot of B talent this night. So I made some laps because maybe I was just missing something. At that point made eye contact with a young gorgeous thin brunette, didn't see her again until I was on the other side of the room as she started to make laps as well. After 15 mins of conversation, did a customary $20 floor dance which was outstanding. Opted for 30 min VIP which was $200 for her and $45 in drinks. Interestingly, and this may depend on night, but both 15 min and 30 min VIP require the same $45 in drinks whereas sapphire drink policy is much worse. as an aside, rhino is so much better than saphire given the overall pressure tactics at sapphire which are the worst and totally a zero fun experience - fuk i hate that place. the other thing was this session went for probably closer to 35-40 mins and even she knew she was running over - but danced the entire time with limited conversation. she did stop to check at around min 30, and still gave me another 5-10. she didn't even ask for the $20 down payment I owed her for the floor dance and no tip. so hot. really outstanding. i went back out to the main floor, and once again the talent was just mediocre. but the canadian and the latina were both great....so i found 2 diamonds in the rough. i think a lot of the talent was scooped up after midnight by 2 large parties that were there and according to one of the girls the bouncers allocate the work to their favorites that tip them out - but rhino was surprisingly lacking in talent on the main floor that night. but if you look hard enough - it's always there somewhere. I ran into the canadian girl again and she said it was super busy. I could see how it was super busy for her, she was great and her competition was low. I would have stuck around longer but the lack of talent relative to the crowd at around 12:30 sent me back to the casinos. in summary, always fun, but not great. talent selection has historically been much better.
