Kandys! Always a fun time even if the weather is no good for strip volleyball. :)
The first noticeable difference is some remodeling. you can now walk around the stage. Small "booths" take the place of high top tables on the back side of the stage area. Its actually well done, and (WHOAH!!) done with very good craftsmanship! Joe says there is more to come, so it wont look the same when you visit.
A bad noticeable difference is the dancers. the standards have dropped and and there are now some elephants dancing on stage. Yes they were very big. BUT there are smaller dancers to take notice of. My fave was Lilith. Tall, skinny, and naked on stage! Great personality too. The kind of dancer I would expect at Kandys. There was another girl fitting that description but not as tall, that acted weirdly. She avoided me at all costs on the floor. When I saw her on stage the second time, I realized it wasnt me. She purposely went to a side of the stage with nobody sitting and danced. I guess she didnt need any money.
Something interesting that happens when they have a headliner. All the girls find a lap of guys sitting at the stage. Yeah, I'm sure its to make more money for the headliner, but having a cutie on your lap for a half hour could be enjoyable, and much cheaper than the back! :)
When you go...
Bring your own drinks. They keep them cool for you in a big cooler thats never been filled.
Be prepared to wear a name tag. Its really no big deal, but it does help the bouncers to find the right person when an asshole gets in the door. (BTW- I have NEVER seen them kick anyone out, or has there been any episodes in the club. The only time the action stopped was when some idiot was playing with his phone at the stage, which will bring you to the next item-
:eave your phone in the car. The smoking area is the only spot you can use a phone.
Its a long drive for me to go, but I'm rarely disappointed when I do. Go check it out.
