When is the good night for SCs in the COI??

So I arrive to Spearmint Rhino in the City of Industry shortly after midnight and my short stay in Synn down the street. Again, I was shock to see this SC was also in a shopping center. WTH?? Cover here was also $20 and they tell you that you can't even pull out your cell phone to text or use it. Umm ok. So when I walked in I notice this was a pretty nice SC, however, it was just as dead as Synn's down the street. Which makes me pose the question, when the hell is COI SCs clubs jumping?? My damn, Saturday Night in Follies or Allure or any other SC in Atlanta will be packed until they close. Hell, it would be a line outside the club to get in on a Saturday Night in Atlanta.

There was this one main stage that the girls dance on there was seats on that side. There were two main VIP rooms. Behind the stage and behind the seats on the left side of the room facing the stage. The girls were ok looking. As I scan the room, a few moderately good looking girls came up to me asking for dances. I was good at that point.

This one girl came up to me talking about how she would make some more money at this SD SC, but was struggling here in COI (I forget the name of that club she worked at in San Diego).
