They need some lights

I'm not sure how this place is in business. I'm from out of town and came here because the reviews talk about pretty guaranteed extras, so I thought I would give it a try. It's a total dive, and IMHO not in a good way. As soon as you walk in, the first thing you notice is it's like pitch black inside. At first, I thought it was because it was sunny outside and that my eyes would adjust to the inside lighting. I was wrong. This place just has no lights.

As soon as you walk in there's a guy in a booth on the left that takes your cover. Can't remember how much it was, but it was too much. There may have been people there or not as it was too dark to tell, but it didn't seem to me like there was anyone else there, although I saw someone enter before me as I was pulling up, but I couldn't see them. The stage is directly ahead and there was an older blond lady dancing nude. She wasn't ugly, just too old for my tastes. Since I think I was the only one there, we chatted a bit. She seemed cool, but she wasn't my type. I asked her where everyone was and she indicated that there were people there, but that they were in the private areas in the back. I didn't even know there was anything back there because it's too damn dark. She asked if I wanted to go and I politely declined. She left and a AA lady came on stage. Again, she wasn't my type.

At that point I decided to cut my losses and bail. I have no idea why this place gets anywhere near the ratings it gets. Perhaps it's locals that know the deal and protocol there, but it's nowhere near a standard strip club and anyone from out of town visiting just isn't going to get it, starting with the lighting situation.
