Pleasantly surprised

I have not been here for years, and there really are not any recent descriptive reviews, so I had pretty low expectations. But I was passing by the neighborhood and decided I would take one for the team, stop by and see what it was like. I was pleasantly surprised.

Now, don't get me wrong, this place will never be mistaken for a high-end Vegas club, but it also isn't a biker bar, which was what I was thinking that I would find. Parking was easy, there were guys at the entrance, but no cover and no pat down, they just waved me through. The place was small but clean. There is a stage against the back wall. There isn't a VIP, so private dances are available in a little corner area.

The beer was a little high ($6 for domestic) but with no cover, meh, ok. There were 7 or 8 girls (all Caucasian) there and dozen mongers or maybe a few more. The talent wasn't all top drawer, but there were at least 3 that I would say were probably a 7. Yeah, there was one dancer that was way, way too heavy for my taste, and one scary gal that seemed to be on something, but to each his own.
