I tried out this place because it received such good reviews, and I’m glad I did. The Great Alaskan Bush Company is a big, beautiful place. It’s decorated to look like a hunting lodge, or a cave, or maybe a cave turned into a hunting lodge. I’ve only gone to the topless side, but it’s big. The ceiling is very high, and the VIP room is a secluded loft with its own little stage. The music seems muted in VIP, which for me is a good enough reason to go the extra bucks. They have nice couches up there, too.

I’m not sure if it’s every afternoon, weekday afternoons, or certain (Monday?) afternoons, but on one visit there was a $10 per dance deal in VIP. GABCo charges an access fee for VIP, one time for the rest of your club visit. It was $10 in the afternoon; I don’t know what it is at night.

There were very few dancers working during my afternoon visits, and they were different ones each time so I might as well not try to describe them. I can confirm what an earlier review said about the girls being nervous about being watched. It’s unfortunate if this place hired a bunch of buzzkill dick heads, but PC allows them to justify it. Still, Squirt and I get what we come for on almost every visit.
