Mario's was the first Massachusetts club I ever visited, and so I really wasn't sure what to expect, but having since been to many of its competitors in the state, I've got to revise its rating upwards. In the interest of full disclosure, most of my trips have come on Thursday-Saturday nights; your experience may vary if you're there on a Tuesday afternoon. In terms of private dance mileage, I don't think anything better exists in New England outside Providence. Excellent one-way contact from almost all the dancers. Some are more aggressive than others in terms of two-way contact, but the possibility certainly exists. Girls will approach you to sit and chat if you'd like and ask about dances, but there's not much pressure applied. It is one plus of the bracelet system. If you've been there for a while and aren't wearing one, it's a sign that you're probably not a good candidate for a private dance. If, on the other hand, you do have one, you're an obvious target for their attention - but in that case you're probably looking for girls to come over anyhow. Upsell demands are very limited. Sure, girls try to tempt you into multiple dances, but if you say no, they'll move on. Every dancer I've experienced asks about the next song before starting it. I had only one experience where a girl miscounted songs, and when I corrected her she backed down immediately. I've also only had one girl put on the Champagne Room push - most are perfectly content to do lap dances and leave it at that. Waitress service is usually good; order a beer or two and they'll come by to check, but if you say you're all set, that's fine with them. Beers are $5, which is neither good nor bad, and the cover is $7 (there is a website coupon too). Bathroom is clean enough, and no attendant in there waiting to collect $1 each time you use it. There's easy highway access off I-395. There is an ATM on premises, but it dispenses money only in $50 increments. The girls themselves are very "diverse." Whatever kind of dancer you're looking for, she's here - blondes, brunettes, redheads, big tits or small, white, black, Hispanic (I don't remember many Asians, though), younger or older. Other than providing me with grist for comparison, I'm starting to wonder why I even bother heading anywhere else, because nobody has matched Mario's yet.
