I showed up mid afternoon on a Saturday without much in the way of expectations and had a good time. I was mostly surprised by how attractive many of the dancers were.
I spent a lot of time in the VIP room and although the dances were very high-contact there didn't seem to be any extras available.
Overall I'd recommend this place unless you are looking for something special to happen in the back room.
