basically a brothel

This was a long way from home for me ant it was my first club outside the U.S. It was definitely different but it’s not like the strip clubs Americans are used to. It’s also off the Gran Via which is a big tourist area.

I walked in a few minutes before midnight and there was no cover but you had to buy a drink. I got water and I think it was 8 Euros but I could be mistaken about that. Alcohol was more but being alone in Madrid I wanted to stay fully sober.

I was immediately approached shown to a seat around a stage where no one was dancing most of the time and when they did it was more a show and they didn’t get naked. There was no tipping but there was a some pole tricks when there was a dancer on stage.
