Slow thursday afternoon

I came in on a thursday afternoon so it was a bit empty. When I first walked in I didn't see any girls walking around, and saw only one very overweight girl dancing on stage so it wasn't off to a good start. As more girls got called up to the stage they started to walk around the floor a bit. Most of the girls were average at best, but there were 2-3 very attractive girls there. Most of the music played was hip-hop.

The club seemed fairly clean, except for one really beat up looking chair in the corner which is the one they lead you too if you want one of the $10 floor dances. It seemed like it's been through a lot. One girl kept bugging me trying to get me to buy a dance, even though I wasn't interested. She had a bit of a belly and I was waiting for one of the more fit girls to come around. I eventually just bought a dance to get her to stop pestering me, although I probably should have just refused. The other girls were very respectful when I said I wasn't interested in a dance, it was just this one girl.

When the right girl came onto stage I tipped her and she came by after her set and I bought several dances from her. She had a fun personality, and didn't seem like she was reading lines from a script. I didn't end up buying any of the $25 dollar dances this afternoon, as it was just a quick casual trip. I was pretty happy to see that it was early enough in the day (5:00pm or so) that there wasn't a cover charge and drinks were about $3.

All in all it was a pretty solid stop for an afternoon, but it seems like there's a lot more going on if you go later. I asked the girl who gave me dances when it usually starts getting busy and she said around 9pm each night. So depending on what you're looking for an afternoon trip could be fun, but if you want a more party like atmosphere try coming in at night!
