Sometimes all you need is good conversation...

I had not visited the Flight Club in well over a month, with the increasing cost and personal time challenges being the primary deterrents. However, after reading numerous reviews of improved talent and finding myself with a little extra time after jumping on an earlier flight to Detroit than expected I decided to pay a visit on a recent Tuesday afternoon around 4pm.

There are many reviews covering the layout of this club, which I find very comfortable. $8 valet parking (plus a tip) can be annoying, but I have gotten to know the valets so I am ok turning my keys over to them. There is no cover charge for day shift and no table or bar fee (if you want to grab a booth it will cost you $20). On this day I chose a table and was seated at the stair end of the stage which I prefer as it gives you a good first look as the dancers approach the stage.

I planned on having a few drinks, but was not adverse to more intimate activity if the right circumstances presented themselves (despite reports of inflated costs for VIP, i set a firm budget in my mind of $250 for nothing less than a CBJ, and hopefully more. Glasses of pinot noir we $12, but they are at least 9 ounces and the house wine is the best to be found in the area clubs. There were not a lot of customers on this day, and service was quick.
