Privacy be damned

Given the numbers of adult clubs in NYC, this one should be near the bottom of your list. I was walking by late on Wednesday night, around 11:30, so I asked the bouncer outside what the cover was , and he said $20. I said no thanks, and he immediately dropped it to $10. Which I think that's what is is anyway, so from the start, they are trying to screw you. OK, fine, I'll give it a shot. Big mistake. The bar to the place is in the front area, which is separate from where the dancers are, which was larger room in the back, through a door. After opting for a $12 domestic bear (rip of), and a $9 bottle of water (bigger ripoff), i sat at the bar for a few, as the ladies in back who weren't dancing , would come to the front bar to try to get lap dances. 5 or 6 came walking out and they got progressively worse in terms of talent. Unless some large booty is your thing. This is NYC right? Who knows, maybe it was an off night.

I walked into the back room to get a better feel. Should you choose to do a LD, get ready to have some company, and not just from the dancer. Odds are the guy sitting next you is going to be about 12 inches from you. There is a large rectangular bar with a bunch of seats up and down, then there is a bench style couch that runs along both walls. This is where the dances take place. No private room. No curtain. Nothing slightly out of the way. Thanks but no thanks, I like a little privacy if some gal is going to rubbing up against me.

Plenty of better options in NYC.
