Satins Saturday Night

Came here with a buddy that was out of town. Didn't pay cover luckily because we walked in with a large group of guys and it was after 1am. The place is exactly what others have described. Walk in and there is a coat check and a long bar. To the right there is a staircase that goes upstairs which is where the bathrooms are located. Beers were I think $8 which is not terrible for Manhattan.

The actual dancing area is through another set of doors in front of the stairs. There are places to sit on the rail or there is seating around the room. The girls didn't seem very interested when dancing on stage but they weren't getting much love either so that could be why. The girls were mainly latin and black. Many of the latin dancers had very large noticeable implant scars which really wasn't my thing. Theres was one sexy asian girl though who I got a couple seat dances while I was there for $20. The upsale was pretty heavy on this night and these girls wanted me to pay some absurd fee to go to the champaign room. Wasn't feeling the vibe or the girls so ended up leaving after a couple dances. Not really my type of place.
