The El Paso strip club The Cabaret closed down permanently amid prostitution complaints according to the El Paso Times. They were supposed to work things out and reopen after the last hearing on April 12 but 30 days passed and the owner did apply to reopen.

The agreement bans the owner from using the word "Cabaret" in any business and bans her from operating any sexually oriented business at the club's former location at 4834 Montana Avenue. If the club reopens, the owner could face a fine of up to $10,000 and jail time, utility service shutdown and revocation of occupancy permits.

According to police reports, strippers offered undercover officers private dances for $20, oral sex for $80 and sex for $100 to $120 in darkened private booths. According to all the reviews for this place, the prices are very very accurate.
