A decent visit, until...

I live in Wisconsin but sometimes work in Minneapolis during the week. After a long day of dealing with assholes, I will occasionally stop at a club on my way home. Usually on a Wednesday, Shooters will have maybe only two girls on, but this night, after checking the online schedule, I saw that there were four and decided to stop. Shooters is kind of out in the middle of nowhere, and it's definitely seen better days, but have I always had a lot of fun there.

Parking is ample, the $10 cover charge is reasonable, and drink prices are about what you would pay in a nicer bar in most cities in Wisconsin. For example, I almost always drink Spotted Cow, and they are four dollars at Shooters. As you enter, there's sort of an entry area were you greeted by the doorman and pay your entry $10 fee. Upon entering the main area, there's sort of a horseshoe shape bar with a friendly bartender, a few bar height tables to sit at, the main stage area with the tip rail, and the bathrooms, as well as the topless gaming and smoking area are down a hall to the left. I did not partake in the topless gaming, so I don't have much detail to add in that area. The private dance area is in a corner off to the right.

They aren't actually really even private dances, as they take place on a couch in full view of everyone else in the room, but they are topless, and reasonably priced at $15 per song. Sometimes, a dancer will get a little adventurous with her hands, but always through your clothes, and always very subtle.
