With Detroit Proper having the curtains taken down, I've been forced to venture farther out. After sorting thru the extensive amount of reviews from my fellow PLs I settled on the Landing Strip. I thought something was wrong with my GPS because for a second the area was kind of sketch especially near the train tracks. However coming around the bend I was able to find the club I believe across from a CVS. Valet my car and went into the lobby where I paid the cover and walked up the flight of stairs to the actual club area.

When you walk in there will be booths on both sides and you'll be facing the stage. To the left is a bar that wraps around with cramped seating in my opinion. There are also chairs surrounding the stage but I felt they were in the middle of the floor and it left a narrow walkway. Overall from the outside I thought the club would be much bigger. I knew from other reviews it was tight but seriously guys it's small. This Friday night the club was booming seemed to be at least 25-30 dancers and very if any seating. The seats surrounding the stage were full and I ended up having to take an open seat at the bar in the back on the side of the glass mirror. Now for anyone whose been here my seat location was horrible because I was nowhere near the stage, not near the walk areas for dancers prowling, and it was very tight back there. Anyway, I settled in and ordered a High Life $7 and took in the talent. From my vantage point there were a couple of 8s, quite a few 7s, some 6s, and a small amount of fuglies.

The music was loud but not too loud where you couldn't talk and the bartender was cool. So far the talent is nice and a group of guys next to me gets up. About five minutes later I'm joined by a blonde spinner, on the taller side and a nice bubble butt. Not the biggest up top but they're perky, I would give her a 8. She asks me for a light and we strike up a conversation she tells me how she used to dance at Trump's and do wild shit. I mention that I visit Colosseum often but haven't because of the curtains situation. She mentions that alot of quality dancers have been migrating to the clubs outside of the city limits because of it and that it is forcing uglier dancers out. After a couple drinks and a few cigs later we get down to business. I would get an all inclusive proper Landing Strip welcome for $2.0. We head down the stairs on the left hand side to the VIP/curtained area.
