Don't Do It

Showed up here after going to the Gold Room on a Wednesday night. I probably should've just gone home, but I was intrigued after reading a few reviews about this place. When you walk in, there is a bar on the right and a few tables on the left where the "dancers" work. I sat down and got a beer, which was about $3. The "dancers" were all much older - probably around 40s or 50s - and were surrounding what seemed like their regulars. I was approached by one heavy set Puerto Rican, and we had a great conversation talking about how she came to Chicago and what she hopes to accomplish during her time here. We eventually had a few drinks and played some pool in the back. It was a chill night for the most part, and the people there, including the bartender (who was by far the hottest woman there) are great, but if you're looking to come here to find someone who's willing to offer up some extras, it might not be the place for you. The women are on average a 3 and, from what I've heard from others there, just because they take you to the back, grimy area for a dance, it doesn't mean they're about to open up a menu of options for you. I would steer away from here if unless you want to have some cheap beer and watch some sports.
