Better Talent

I don't think I have ever been to this club on a Saturday. I am a weekday business traveler most of the time, but I had a flight out of DTW at 5:00 and I had time to kill. I had not been here for awhile, but it was a club I knew and it was close to the airport.

Being early afternoon I was hoping it would not have a lot of patrons. My fear was heavy smoke. That is the main reason I have not been here for so long. I got lucky. Less than 10 patrons and I didn't see any smoking. However, the first thing the waitress asked me was, "do you need an ashtray".

The dancers were only using one stage. I sat near the other one and had a dancer sitting between me and the stage being used. From behind she looked good. She turned around to look at me and she had a nice face too. The third time she turned around I smiled and she came over. Turned out she was PR, named Esmeralda. She said she was about to turn 40, but her body did not look 40. Just after she sat down they had the hourly show of all the dancers on stage. For this place I was very surprised by the level of talent. I have been coming here for over 20 years and this was the best line-up I have seen. Only one dancer a bit overweight. A couple spinners, but most just nice bodies.
