In town on business, and within walking distance of center city, there's only one choice (yes, I could have taken Lyft to Delaware Ave., but didn't want to). So I strolled over to Gold Club despite mediocre reviews. It's in a hard-to-get-to alley off 15th street, and you have to walk past a line of smelly dumpsters to get there. Classy!

At the door, you pay a $10 cover to the bouncer. Inside there is a bar on the right immediately as you enter (parallel with the alley) and a stage on the wall to the right (perpendicular to the alley). Throughout the floor there are small low tables and padded armchairs on each side of the tables. The PLs are supposed to sit at the tables and girls approach you.

I picked a spot along the back wall and very quickly Mya approached me. She was friendly and funny and probably a 7/10 looks-wise. Cute face, nice smile, cinnamon skinned. We negotiated for a while and decided to start things off with an open-curtain dance in the back. The regular price is $40, I negotiated down to $35, then realized I didn't have change so I had to pay $40 anyway. The dance was good for a trial run. She promised more for $120 (they close the curtain and leave you alone for more money) and mentioned opportunities OTC. I held back and said we would talk more later.
