I can't really say that the Upper Rail is all that much better than the first floor club. THey are laid out very similarly, and I think it is pretty much the same girls. The only difference that I can really tell is the cover charge and an element of "higher class". Even that, however, is somewhat dilluted by the clubs essentially sharing the same entrance off the street and the giant billboard signs that you can see a mile away.

As with the first floor, the girls are smoking hot. Comnbined, these two clubs have to rate right up there in terms of the hottest eye candy around. Good dances can be had, especially in comparison to US clubs. However, this is on the tame side for Toronto. With that being said, I have never left either club disappointed.
