Not a home run, but a nice save after disappoint visit elsewhere

Started my Sunday with a ballgame and then hit HiLiter. Like I mentioned in a comment on someone elses review, HiLiter and I didn't hit it off on this Sunday for me. Maybe it was my high expectations after reading reviews on here, maybe it was my weekend visit with an Amazing Columbian beauty, but it didn't work. I didn't and won't review, because I have no value to add for or against that others haven't said one way or the other with regards to HiLiter.

So, on to Candy Store review. Read up, sounded like it had more promise than Bliss which was near my hotel. Website said no cover before 7pm, I arrived shortly after 8pm. Much to my surprise, I was waived in. Three ladies at bar checking phones. Two ladies sitting at tables in dance area with customers. No one dancing. I ordered a drink, bartender asked where I was from and was nice and comp'd my drink. Sipped it slowly as first impression was this also was going to be a bust. Watched ball game on TV while I was deciding to stay or go. Was about to leave and my decision got swayed. Two Asians, one younger and one in late 30's maybe came out along with a big busted brunette stunner in bikini bottom and jean jacket. OK, I will stay. Tried making eye contact and said hello. No dice. Next an older Heather Locklear looking blonde (from a distance) also came out. Finally, the first girl I spoke to took the stage. I tipped her again and said hello. While on stage, a group of 3 guys came in and sat down. She got off stage and went to hit up them. Big mistake. She would have made so much more off of me, oh well. The blonde stopped by. She didn't look as much like Heather up close as she did from afar, but she was still pleasant. Explained club rules to me. Asked what I liked to which I replied. She gave me the inside scoop that she would be willing to accommodate my preferred dance style if would agree to spend $80-$100 and also suggested a couple others, one of which was the older Asian. I got some table side dances with the blond. I gave her money plus tip and she tried to return the tip thinking I overpaid her. She was surprised to find out i intentionally tipped her. Had a good time on my two visits her and the Asian was everything the blond described. I also did a drive by on another night, but place was dead and did not stay.

So my take from an out of town perspective is that great times can be had here. You are likely to find someone that will fit any dance style from tame to some of America's greatest singers. Most of the ladies didn't hide what was or wasn't on the menu. They explained both so there was no doubt where the line was drawn. Only the girl that said she was new was coy with me while talking. I also expect that this is a hit and miss club when the lady you are looking for is not present. I also noticed that there were no WOC and it doesn't sound like that is something you will find here ever from talking to others. I also got the sense there is not a lot of turnover. I noticed at times it felt more like Cheers when some custies walked in and ladies would yell the guys name.
