Finally back again but disapointed

I seem to be getting back the club less frequently than before but it is still my "go to" place on the Block. Perhaps I should reconsider. First, let me say that the facility is still as good as it gets in the neighborhood, clean, great VP area, and as I am (or at least used to be) something of a regular. I know George and the rest of the day staff pretty well so there in no hassle from the management. That being said, on a comparative basis the talent seems to have really slipped for my taste and so has the clientele. The day I went in there were maybe 3 to 4 dancers working that I saw (earlier in the afternoon but really). At least one was in the dressing room (more on that later). In past visits I could count on 6 to 8 at least! Also most of the girls I had "known" were no longer working there so what I saw was what I could choose from. The last time I was there happened to be late on a Saturday afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised at the up tick in the "performers" with some young and very aggressive (which I like) types meeting the customers (of which there were a few). This day they mostly seemed distracted and not particularly appetizing.

I asked Jeff who works behind the bar on Thursdays (George's day off) what was up and he said business had been slow and spotty. He told me a couple of my "usual" companions had left or been told to leave for one reason or another. At the time there was maybe one other customer at the bar and none of the girls seemed interested in either one of us except when asking for a tip after they danced. One, an older (I mean really older) blonde, who I have seen before but never patronized tried to hit on me but I wasn't that much in need!

Fortunately for me, D... a consistent "performer" for me over the last several years was still with them and there that day. When she came out of the dressing room, she got a smile on her face and came right over to me. It was "love" at first sight! I ordered up a drink for her and we chatted briefly before she started to really "welcome" me back to the club. Great attitude and even better hands! We made out at the bar for a few minutes, Jeff left us pretty much alone to let things "develop." One of the benefits of knowing the staff and tipping them along the way. Anyway, we soon arranged a trip up to the VIP room.
