Digging for Gold

First visit to this center city club. Very close to Patco train station (allows you to avoid the expensive parking garages on Broad Street).

Took a little hunting to find this club. It's hidden in an alley around the corner from Applebee's restaurant. There are half a dozen trash dumpsters on the way to the club (must smell great mid-summer). There is a tiny doorway at the end of the alley. I didn't know what to expect when I entered.

No cover charge (unless I was charged with my first beer). The place is like entering your neighbor's basement circa 1970. Nothing fancy here, but you aren't here for the ambiance.
