What a Pit

I had read a few reports of this club over the past year that had mixed opinions. Some said that it always produced, while others didn’t have anything negative to say. In any event it sounded like the ladies were nothing to write home about, but that they treat you well. I had about 3 hours to kill last Saturday and decided to run over to do my own recon.

I got there around 7:15. The parking lot is shared with a rundown motel. Hmmm, I thought that was a good sign for a dive club. The parking lot was about empty, no valet.

I walked in and this place is tiny. I walked right past the desk without paying a cover. Good thing too, because if they had asked for one I would have turned around. Walking in, the desk is to the right, the bar is straight ahead, and the stage takes up about the whole room. Behind the entry desk is a little sitting area with a couple of low top tables and a TV.
