How does this place stay in business?

This club is so hit or miss. Some days you can go and there are many girls, very few patrons and the dancers are willing to please.

Other days, and this was one of them, there are very few girls and those that are there stay in the back even thought there are customers sitting out front.

Was there last Thursday in late afternoon, about ten customers sitting at the bar. No-one dancing on stage, but two bar tenders. Stayed for about thirty minutes. During that time one dancer came out, circulated for a while and then went into the back again. The manager just sits on his stool, never going into the back to tell the dancers to come out front.

I don't understand how either the dancers or the Club can make any money that way.
