Pleasant afternoon visit

This used to be one of my “go to” afternoon clubs. Due to other circumstances, it has probably been a year since I visited. (They also went through a period of changing starting times, and they cut back on the afternoon hours for awhile.)

Some things were still the same. Humphrey is still working there. (I think he has “retired” 3 times.) They still charge a cover, even during the days. $6 or $7, if I remember correctly. Drinks are reasonably priced. There are two stages in the main area, but usually only one is used during the day. The dancers do a rotation of three songs. With the right girl, I have gotten more action for $2 tips than full lap dances in other clubs.There were 6 dancers, two AA. At least two of the dancers I recognized as long-standing dancers. One of them recognized me, and we wound up just sitting and talking for awhile, with a pretty decent amount of mutual groping. I did ask about dances and was quoted $40 apiece or 3 for a hundred. It did appear that the lap dance area had undergone some renovation since the last time I was there.

What I have always enjoyed about this club is the laid back atmosphere. Not a lot of heavy hustle, not a lot of stripper drama. A pleasant place to have a few beers and watch the dancers. Most of the afternoon crew is a little heavier and a little older, but that has never stopped me from having a nice time.
