Overrated

I was in Tampa for a wedding and decided to visit Mons Venus along with a couple of other groomsmen who were also in the wedding. The location of Mons Venus was within 6 minutes of my hotel and its located on Dale Mabry Hwy. Furthermore, its located right next to Scores and you can walk across the street to go to 2001 Odyssey, so there are other options available if you want to leave Mons to go to another locale.

I had heard that this was one of the premier strip clubs in Tampa, but I found the ambience to be small and circular in nature. There isnt a private area for lap dances as lap dances are pretty much given on the couch or in an area that's diagonal from the main stage.

It was an early afternoon visit but I was surprised that they charged 22 dollars for a cover charge. The only redeeming quality is that we could come back anytime within the night and wouldn't have to worry about an additional charge.
