Disappointing Second Visit

It had been about 18 months since my first visit to Cricket, which was a good experience. I had an opportunity to be in the Detroit area again recently so I was happy to have another chance to visit. I had time on a Thursday evening and arrived about 9 pm. I thought this would be a reasonably good time for a visit since it was close to the weekend and mid evening. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer. The club seemed a little slow but I had the same experience on my previous visit that turned out fine in the end. Over the next two hours or so I saw only 7 or 8 dancers and about 12 to 15 guys - not a great ratio. There was one booth occupied with 3 or 4 guys that seemed to keep a couple of girls tied up all night. I think the mix was about even for AA and non-AA girls. I tipped several girls at the stage but none came by later to talk or ask for a dance. One skinny AA girl came to talk for a few minutes, but she wasn’t really my type. Another girl approached and sat next to me, but she was very drunk and not appealing at all. During the 2 to 2.5 hours I was there I saw very few girls head back to the VIP. It seemed like most of the time they were hanging out with regulars or at the booth where the guys were buying a lot of drinks. I left with most of my money and now batting 500 at Cricket.
