NYC Mainstay

It had a been a while since I stopped by G2000, and I swung by around 10PM on Saturday night. Cover was $15 with a mandatory coat check, which I paid after going through a metal detector + bouncer.

Inside, the facilities are what they've been for a number of years. Most of the action revolves around the bar, which is basically a large rectangle, with a dance on the inside of the bartending area. The stage is pretty large and 4-5 dancers can be on there at once. There is a secondary stage surrounded by couches, but for whatever reason, that is always secondary and sometimes doesn't even have any dancers. Dancers will come around the bar for the usual tips: $1-2 is standard but feel free to tip more of course.

Drinks: $10 beers, $16+ cocktails/liquor.
