Not Great but OK

The first thing I'd like to mention is if you value privacy and anonymity, this is not the place to go. I don't know when they started this but on this night, the door guy takes a picture of your ID. I didn't realize what he was doing until later. He has an Ipad hanging off the edge of his desk that he takes the picture with. If this policy doesn't change I won't be going back.

My buddy and I ended our night here. I have been to Avenues quite a few times and I have just never had a "great" time. This visit was no different. We arrived before midnight and paid our $5 cover (or photo fee). As described by others, you enter from the rear of the building where there is almost always some shady fuckers standing around. The entrance hallway is where the clean but small bathrooms are located. The door guy sits at the end of the hallway. Bar is to the left, stage is to the right and in the shape of an "L". The VIP and champagne rooms are downstairs. Staircase is to the right of the stage. Seating around stage and at bar.

There were maybe 6-8 dancers and 2 bar tenders who were dancing as well. White, black and asian variety that night. Range 6-8's. Drinks were $5 beer and $6 whiskey. Most girls were interactive and fun while tipping but some just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. We were approached by the girls that we expressed interest in and had some dances. The house charges $5 for VIP and $30 for 1/2 hr rooms. VIP dances are $20 and 1/2 hr is negotiated. Most girls seem to want $200 for 1/2 hr which is extremely high for 1) being Jackson and 2) being very low mileage. In my experience, extras have rarely been offered and even more rarely delivered even when discussed.
