Familiar Faces Return

Decided to stop by after work since I hadn't been by for a while to relax and miss rush hour. Inside still the same except for a new troll in the restroom, always make that the first stop and it allows time to adjust to the darkness coming in from the Phoenix sun. Found myself a worn out rolling seat in the center between the stage and front door. I was looking around to see who was working this afternoon and to my surprise, I see Brittany standing at the bar chatting with a PL. Or is it? She's been gone it seems like months, is it really her?

The waitress finally comes over and I order the 241 drink and sit back to relax and enjoy the show. If it was Brittany, I am going to wait because she went back in the dressing room while I was waiting for my drinks to arrive. I started to wonder if she went home because after a while I have turned down half of the girls in the club. Then, the DJ announces Jeannie, another favorite that I had thought left HiLiter for whatever reason the dancers leave. Now I've made up my mind, Brittany or Jeannie whoever approaches first is getting my greenbacks today. Seems like waiting makes it more desirable, like waiting years for the return of Game of Thrones!

My two drinks are almost gone, Brittany has never come back out or been called to the stage, Jeannie seems to be preoccupied, what's a PL to do? Well a PL waits some more.

At last Brittany reappears and is making her rounds. It really is her, back doing what she does best. She remembers me as she sits down on my lap and starts making friendly small talk. HiLiter dancers must do alright to be able to take months long vacations or is it just skipping the spring training/snowbird time? The familiar makes it seem like she was never gone and sometimes I wonder why she isn't constantly busy as some of the most popular girls.
