Sunday Afternoon was sleepy

Stopped by 2001 Oddessy around 12:30 as they were opening before I had to hit the airport. I paid no cover to a cute Latina woman. Got in, grabbed a beer from a cute thicker blonde woman. At that point, those were the only two women working. After overhearing some conversations about callouts, they both put on their stripper-wear and hit the stage and started doing lap dances. Not a promising start to myvisit!

Apparently. Gasparilla Pirate Festival was the same weekend of my visit and most of the girls were wasted from that. The blonde said that 2001 and the other clubs were crazy the previous night from all the pirate-y festivities. That didn't help me much at the moment, but is worth remembering if I ever want an excuse to travel back to Tampa.

After her stage set, the blonde sat down with me. She applied no pressure to get a dance as she was planning on just bartending that day. After chatting for a few minutes I asked about dances.
