Buy me a drink!

So, I’ve come here a few times over the years, and usually it’s pretty chill and not a bad place to have a few beers and strike up a conversation. My most recent time though was not that great. Now, I know times are tough and everyone has to make a buck, but if I’m approached even before i sit down at the bar and asked to by you a drink, it sets the stage for a less than fun time for me. Just take it easy, I’ll spend, but I don’t wanna be grabbed by the ankles and have my pockets shaken out.

Had another dancer sit by me and tell me i looked miserable. I was in fact, in a pretty good mood despite the initial interaction. Strike two.

Finally, a bubbly gal came and sat by me and we chatted a bit, but I finished me beer and left. She said, “can I at least have a tip?” Sure.
