Dying

Walked in about 9pm. Not many cars in the parking lot. Paid the $25 membership fee and went inside. The club was almost exactly as I remember it from last summer except one critical element: people.

In the club were 2 other guys, a male and female bartender, 2 or 3 bouncers, and one girl talking to one of the guys. This is a huge club, so it felt weird with this few people. Sat down and had a coke, hoping it would get better. Chatted with the bar girl a bit and gave the club about an hour and a half of a chance. One more girl (about a 6) appeared and gave a lackluster stage performance. I decided that I had beed disappointed enough and left.

I want this place to be successful. I love the space and how it is set up. I wanted to have a good time. It just didn't happen and I am afraid it is dying. I hope I am wrong and this was just a bad night.
