Impressed with trip to CG

I have not been to Cover Girls in 3-4 years, used to go alot back 25 years ago - It was a different name then. Old age keeps me from remembering what that was. Last time I had stopped I was not impressed. this time was different. I drove past it around 4:30 and noticed alot of cars in the parking lot. So I figured this must be a happenin place. Parked - no charge , paid cover $5, waitress immediately latched on and told me to get a table while she got me my 4.50 coke. Wasnt that many guys in there , so I guess most cars were girls - but thats a good thing. If I were to guess there were 20 girls. Most were white, a couple black , I wouldnt swear but 3 or 4 looked cuban. Overall decent talent most 6-7 range a couple 8's.

They were doing the empty stage for one song between dancers - which was annoying. I guess because of few customers. This place is alot different inside than last time - looks like they remodeled. Looked good. Looked clean which is a big plus. Had one big stage in the middle another off to side ( not being used) one big bar to your left as you walk in. I did the typical answer ,to do you want some company , that maybe in a bit I just got here. Saw a couple that perked my interest, I like the petite spinner type. Then I saw the one walk across, looked like an asian/hispanic ? mix, short black hair, very pretty. She was sitting at another table so it took awhile for her to noticed my gawking.. She came over - we chatted, good conversation. talked about other clubs in town that she might want to check out for work. She brought up OTC , which was surprising as we had not even danced yet. I politely declined - not my thing. but said I am up for dances. The dance area was off to right of main bar. It was pretty open and well lit..... But I had fun anyway - some nice stick shifting OTP ended up with 5 dances. She did a good grind. The waitress kept mentioning if you want to go to VIP area for dances - its only $50. Did not see where this area was but $50 seemed cheap, did not mention bottle. Will have to check it out next time. Maybe someone can comment on this.

Overall I had a good time, nice convo , good dances with a pretty girl, didnt spend alot , and wasnt really expecting much when went in. A win/win/win for a Thursday...
