Chica's Sister Club
So...........I had heard about Tubo Tubo for a few months now, and decided to finally stop in!
I arrived on Thursday March 21st right after midnight. I pulled into the lot (only a few cars in the lot) and walked in through the doors. Nobody was at the door, and there was no "window" or anything when I walked in. I saw an ATM to my right and the DJ booth in front of me to the right (near the ATM). I walked in and walked over to the bar. There was a lady and a man behind the bar. Bar area is really small. Basically, a counter, with some mini fridges behind them (non alcoholic, sodas and waters). There were some hookahs on the counter of the bar (didnt inquire how much they cost). I sat there and asked the guy for a bottle of water. He rattled off something to the affect of "It's usually a $16.00 cover, but I'll let you in for $6.00....the water is $5.00, and I have to pat you down". This conflicts their website and little business cards I have seen at Chica's. It says "no cover", but now even their website is not showing anything with "no cover". Who knows how much it really is to get in. Chica's is only $11 at night, so I cant imagine its more than that, ever. Anyways......the guy never patted me down or checked my ID. I got some singles and was ready to go.
Layout- Like I said earlier, walk in, to the right there is the DJ booth and the ATM. To your left, there is a long bench where the lap dance area is (VIP area? There is a railing about mid waist/chest high. When seated, you can see the guy and girls top halves, but not the bottom. Wasn't "too private" and only saw one guy getting a dance there the 40 minutes I was there). The one stage in the place is straight ahead. Circular stage with a pole, maybe 6-8 roller chairs (think chairs at Hi Liter) around the stage. Past the stage there are high back benches which are also used for lap dances that go around the edge of the room. Past the DJ booth, there is a little nook, same style, high back bench seating. Past that there is the small bar, and to the left of the bar, the restrooms. Really small place, honestly. Would feel cluttered/claustrophobic if there were more than 30 people in there. There were maybe 6 guys in there when I was there as well as 5 dancers, the DJ and doorman/bartender. Speaking of the girls.........................
