Club Risqué Northeast. Similar to Bristol, but different.

I’ve gone to the Club Risqué in Bristol far more times than I’ve been to this location. I find the dancers at this location have a bit more of an edge to them, and seem to have less time to spend at the bar chatting.

This place is easy to see off of 95, so I guess they get a bigger crowd than the Bristol place. Which seems impossible as the parking lot is tiny. Anyway, I was there on a Wednesday night and the crowd wasn’t huge. Beautiful dancers. They’d come around for the tip behind the bar after their dance and then again the other side for a closer conversation. Unlike Bristol they didn’t seem as interested in chatting. Instead they went elsewhere. They weren’t mean, just not super chatty.

The vibe of the place is good, though. It’s kind of an intimidating area but once in there everyone is nice. I didn’t feel it on any of the dances. I gave my tips. Watched some dances and then headed out of there.
